Shoe haul!

Winter is coming, which means boots season is almost upon us. I like boot season. Throw on some tights, a jumper dress and some boots and you are good to go!

I already have a decent collection of winter boots, so I haven’t bought many so far. I only picked these two pairs up on my last trip to Primark.

I have also wanted a pair of white converse chucks for a while now. My friend had mentioned that she wanted to go to the Zweibrucken outlet in Germany, so I thought it was the perfect opportunity to try and procure a pair.

Sadly, I didn’t see the ones I wanted, but I did get a few that caught my eye in the shop. I have super small feet, so it meant I could take advantage of the kids section which I where I found these. This also meant that I got them a lot cheaper than I would have in the adult section….result!

Payday splurge – Urban decay electric palette

I’ve gone into Sephora a few times recently to eye up this palette.

It’s not the sort of palette you’d use everyday, but I think you can tone it down and wear it for a night out.

I’m doing my friend’s Halloween eye makeup and this palette will be perfect to achieve the look she wants.IMG_2354.PNG

Acne be gone!

I’ve suffered with adult acne for as long as I can remember and tried and failed to get rid of it.

My Bioderma products have helped it somewhat, but not gotten rid of it completely. I also have noticeable acne scarring on my cheeks which have been the bane of my life!

I decided out of curiosity to google products for acne scarring a few weeks ago and came across this product called Revitol. It seemed to be highly recommended by a few different sites on Google, so I thought “what the hey?! I’ll give it a try!”

I went to Amazon to see if I could get it , and to my delight, there were a few sellers selling it, so I quickly put it into my basket. Based on this, Amazon recommended the acnezine 2 step treatment to me as well.

I’d never heard of this either, so I decided to google a few reviews. Again, I saw good things, so I thought I’d try it as well.

I’ve been using it for a little under 2 weeks now, and I can already see an improvement. The scar cream is fading my scars and the 2 step acne treatment is slowly getting rid of my acne. Best of all, I have noticed that in this time my breakouts have been less and the ones that make it through are not hanging around forever! They’re gone in a day or 2! I am actually hopeful that this will keep working and I will finally leave the teenage skin behind!
